Led by experienced personal trainer Stuart, this gentle weekly class combines mindful breathing techniques, relaxing stretches and calming movements designed to help you release tension, improve flexibility and leave feeling refreshed.


Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, improve your mobility or simply enjoy some time to yourself, this class offers a welcoming and supportive environment for all fitness levels. No previous experience is needed—just wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat if you have one.
